Simone Biles makes the impossible look effortless. Skills few athletes can execute. Landings that seem to defy physics. It’s easy to attribute that to talent.
But that misses the story. The insight was about reframing greatness. What people see is the result. What they don’t see is the repetition, the setbacks, and the discipline required to reach that level.

We set out to bring that into focus.

I helped develop Greatness Never Stops for Beats by Dre, shifting the narrative from ability to effort. Set to “River” by Bishop Briggs, the film follows Simone in training. Not performance, but process. Repetition, focus, and the work behind the outcome. The tone was intentionally grounded. Letting the physical and mental demands carry the story. The campaign generated over 8 million views in its first week and shifted the conversation around Simone’s success.

More importantly, it reframed how greatness is understood. Talent may open the door.
